We at Mother Nature believe in only selling the highest quality products, but we understand there may be times where you may need to exchange or return an item that you have purchased.

How to cancel your order

Contact the Mother Nature team within 2 hours of placing your order to let us know that you wish to cancel your order at mother.nature.enquiries@gmail.com so that we can process this for you. Any requests to cancel made outside of the 2 hour time frame unfortunately cannot be processed.

How to return a product

If you have already received your item(s), please package it up and send it back to us at Mother Nature within 14 days of purchase (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage).

Please note that all refunds will be made back to the original tender type in no more than 14 days after the day the product is received by us or if earlier, 14 days after the date you provide evidence that you have returned the product to us.

If the goods have not yet been sent, your refund will be processed 14 days after the day in which you informed us of your decision to cancel your order.

Please do not bin any product and where relevant the packaging it arrived in, before you’ve spoken with us and have formally agreed that doing so will not affect any refund you may be entitled to.

Please note that items must be returned in an acceptable condition in reference to how they were originally received. You are liable for the handling of the product including functioning, characteristics, and regarding the context of a return, the transit back to us.

If the goods are faulty or we are at fault then a pre-paid postage label will be provided.

Items that are non-cancelable and non-refundable

Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable this includes:

• Personalised items that are made custom to your requirements and outside of the standard customisation options offered by us to all customers.
• Clothing and/or accessories sold with a hygiene seal where the seal may be broken.
• Any made to order products.
