We are very proud to offer Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery to addresses within the UK. 

Our standard orders are currently dispatched within 1-3 working days of placing your order. Delivery can take 2-3 working days to arrive from dispatch.

We use Royal Mail to deliver our parcels.

Royal Mail deliver Monday - Saturday (Saturday for most locations).

Please note: Our shipping timeframes are approximate. We cannot be held responsible for delays with our couriers - it is unfortunately outside of our control. We rarely experience delays with our couriers, but if you are experiencing difficulty then please contact us:  mother.nature.enquiries@gmail.com

In the case where unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances are to arise with our chosen courier we will ensure to notify our customers via email as soon as orders have been placed if not ahead of time via our website of our chosen alternative.

 

Can I track my order? 

Yes you can!

Once your order has been picked, packed and fulfilled you will receive a confirmation email from us. Included within this email you will receive confirmation of your item along with your tracking information. Here you can choose from various options to ensure you receive your order safely.

Please note that it can sometimes take until the next day before tracking is shown, so please don’t be alarmed if you are unable to access this information at an early stage.

Please note: It is the customers responsibility to use their tracking information to track the progress of their parcel and make themselves available at the time of delivery. If your delivery is unsuccessful, then there are delivery options available on the tracking link provided by Royal Mail.

 

Pre-orders:

When a pre-ordered product is listed on our website it will clearly be marked as ‘pre-order’ and will have an estimated time frame for when we expect stock to come in.

Please note that delivery is advised within 14 days of purchase unless stated otherwise within the product title or product description, any delays that may occur will be informed to you via email and you retain the right to cancel your order up until the point of dispatch.

Regarding any non-pre-order items in your order, we will contact you immediately to confirm if you would like a part-shipment or would be happy to wait for your pre-order item/(s) to arrive before dispatch. If we cannot get a hold of you to confirm this information then we will wait for all items to arrive before dispatching.

 

Additional Information:

Here at Mother Nature we are trying our very best to do our bit for the environment. With this in mind, your order may arrive in recycled boxes from our own suppliers/deliveries. Please let us know if you would prefer a plain, unbranded box. We also use recyclable mailing bags, enviro wrapper and reused bubble wrap where we can. We try to encourage all of our customers to reuse these items too, where this is not possible we ask for you to please recycle them.

Please be aware: We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched to Royal Mail. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct before making payment. Mother Nature cannot take responsibility for a parcel going missing or being returned to sender (Mother Nature) due to incorrect details being entered during check out. Please let us know as soon as possible if you have entered details incorrectly before dispatch and we can try our best to get this resolved for you.

In the circumstance that a delivery is unsuccessful and returned to us, it is the customer’s obligation to collect the order before it is returned back to us (Mother Nature). Royal Mail will inform you of your next steps and there will be more delivery options available on the tracking link provided to you.

Please note: In the event that your delivery is unsuccessful and is returned to us, there will now be a cost of re-shipping your order and is the responsibility of the customer at this time, please contact us to discuss further: mother.nature.enquiries@gmail.com.

At this stage you have the option to cancel/refund your order or pay for re-delivery, but any refund will be for the products only and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
